This Privacy Policy explains how Signera handles information received when you choose to sign in with Google.
Google data we access
When you choose Continue with Google, Signera receives your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or other unrelated Google services.
How we use Google data
We use this information only to create or link your Signera account, authenticate you, display your profile, and protect your account. We do not use Google user data for advertising or any unrelated purpose.
Sharing and sale
We share Google user data only with service providers that help us operate and secure Signera, or when required by law. We do not sell Google user data.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and tokens are stored in encrypted form. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
Retention
We retain the information while your Signera account is active, and afterward only for as long as needed to meet security, legal, or regulatory requirements.
Revoking access
You can revoke Signera's access at any time from your Google Account. Revoking access stops future Google sign-ins but does not automatically delete your Signera account or information already stored in Signera.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our use of Google sign-in changes. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
